Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Creator Shout. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Contact: virtualboy38@yahoo.com.

1. The service

Creator Shout provides link-in-bio pages where creators can sell advertising placements to advertisers. The service is currently in preregistration: new accounts are held until public launch, at which point we will email you.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to use Creator Shout.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• One account per person, unless we approve otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information. Follower counts shown on the platform come only from social accounts you connect and verify; misrepresenting ownership of a social account is grounds for removal.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity, and do not attempt to disrupt the platform or other users.
• Creators are responsible for the content on their pages and for honoring ad placements they approve.

4. Payments and fees

• Advertiser payments are processed through Stripe. Creator Shout charges a 3% platform fee per transaction.
• Creator payouts are issued monthly, with a $25 minimum.
• Chargebacks: when a payment dispute is lost, Creator Shout absorbs the cost and deducts the creator revenue earned from that transaction from the creator's earnings balance. If the balance falls below zero, the creator has 7 days to pay the outstanding balance. Unpaid balances suspend the account: the creator cannot earn until the balance is paid, and the account faces termination.
• Additional pages beyond the first free one cost $10 per month or $100 per year, where offered.
• Founding-member offers are one-time purchases as described at checkout.

5. Social connections

Connecting a social account authorizes us to read your public profile data and follower counts from that platform, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time from Integrations. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party platform APIs.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing virtualboy38@yahoo.com. See the Privacy Policy for data deletion.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee earnings, advertiser demand, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Creator Shout is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Data processing

Creators and advertisers are the data controllers for personal data collected from visitors to their pages; Creator Shout processes that data on their behalf as described in our Data Processing Addendum, which is part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
